How Does It Work?

If you know any company looking for office space, please refer us. We welcome companies of any size, from the start-up community to the small and medium enterprises, as long as they are within the Engineering, Biotech, ICT and Green Technology sectors.

If they do decide to apply, make sure that they mention your name on their application, that way we will know who referred them.

Who Can Participate?

  • TPM Active Tenant or Staff of TPM Tenants
  • Active clients of TPM subsidiaries
  • Service Providers registered with the Innovation Incubation Centre

What Will You Earn?

Every verified introduction will be eligible for a one-time fee of one month of the agreed monthly rental. The fee will be paid upon signing and acceptance of the Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement and receipt by TPM of the full payment of rental deposit.

How is the Verification Process Conducted?

Step 1

The introducer shall notify TPM on the detail of the prospect through a formal letter, addressed to:

Office Space Rental and Tenancy Management
Technology Park Malaysia Corporation Sdn Bhd
Level 5, Enterprise 4,
Technology Park Malaysia.

The letter may also be sent through email to tenancy@tpm.com.my

Step 2

The prospect tenant to indicate particulars of their introducer in the tenancy application form.

Step 3

TPM will verify the authenticity of the introducer prior to payment processing.
