Duration of agreement is 2 years from the commencement date of the tenancy agreement. Any cost associated with preparation and enforcement of the Tenancy Agreement including stamp duty and legal fees, directly or indirectly, shall be borne by the tenant.
The premise will only be handed over after initial payment (deposits), signing of Tenancy Agreement and preparation of standing instruction (for payment of monthly rent).
Related technical and layout drawing for office renovations must be certified by respective technical expert and to be submited to the Facilities Management Department (FMD). Approval must be granted by FMD prior to office renovations.
A service charge of RM1.50 is included in the rental rate which is made up of the following :
- Quit rent
- Air conditioning (Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.)
- Electricity and water supply to common area
- Building insurance
- Building security charges
- Building and landscape maintenance

Tenants shall use the premise for general and administrative purposes and any other use which is reasonably related to its operations. Tenants can operate their businesses 24 hours.
Tenants would not be allowed to sub-let the premise to any third party or its subsidiaries in any condition whatsoever.
24-hour security is provided within the gated area of TPM.
Internal signage is only allowed on the entrance of the said premise. External signage is only allowed on the allocated information board (this will be provided by TPM).
Hazardous construction materials within the buildings would not be allowed.
